The "Instant Campaign" option allows you to run or to set up a shrink-wrapped Custom Campaign, including your choice of activity and target audience. This time, when you reach the end of the wizard, the system posts your Instant Campaign to the MACH3 Home page of all your branch Managers and Loan Officers, from where they can run it as and when they choose.

There are three things in particular that you can do from this page:

  1. You can manually exclude clients by un-checking the respecting

  2. You can click the (15) change segmentation criteria button as a quick way to adjust/amend your target audience.

  3. You can click the (16) de-duplicate recipients button. This causes the system to identify those clients who might have more than one loan that meets your segmentation criteria. You can then inspect the results before clicking the use the de-duplicated list button. This takes you back to a revised list, which you can make a final review.

When you are satisfied with recipient list click (17) proof your campaign.

There are eight (8) Instant Campaign slots displayed on the Home Page. Your campaigns will fill those slots in the order they were created. If you create a fifth Instant Campaign without first removing a currently displayed campaign, this will cause your oldest campaign to be removed automatically (and so on). Unused slots will be filled by MACH3-generated Instant Campaigns using activities from the Marketing-Tookbox library.
