Please follow these important instructions when preparing a data file for upload:

Include separate columns for the following data fields in the file you are uploading:

  • Loan Officer full name (mandatory) - even if there is only one LO

  • Loan Officer ID/Code

  • Branch/Office ID/Code

  • Primary contact's first name (mandatory)

  • Primary contact's last name (mandatory)

  • Secondary contact's first name

  • Secondary contact's last name

  • In the case of property and mailing addresses, ensure that the file you are uploading includes separate columns for Address 1, Address 2 (if any), City, State and Zip.
