Accessing Your Loan Details

Go to (1) My Database > (2) Data management > (3) Borrowersand

(4) search for the loan. Click on the (5) borrower name.

Loan Flags

At the top of the loan details page you will see a (6) series of flags:

Do not mail - Set this flag to prevent mail communications being sent to the borrower(s). The loan remains in your database, but is not available for inclusion in mail Custom Campaigns.

Un-setting this flag makes the loan available again for inclusion in mail Custom Campaigns and, if applicable, automatically re-starts the borrower's suspended Automated Program.

Do not email - Set this flag to prevent email communications being sent to the borrower(s). The loan remains in your database, but is not available for inclusion in email Custom Campaigns.

Un-setting this flag makes the loan available again for inclusion in email Custom Campaigns.

Do not call - Set this flag as a reminder that this borrower has opted out of telephone communications.

Loan paid off - Set this flag to indicate that the loan has been paid off. This is presented as a selection criterion for Custom Campaigns.

    Utilize the checkboxes next to these options to add or remove these flags. The current status of these flags is indicated in red next to the flag label. Click

    (7) more info for details of how to utilize these flags. If you wish to edit these checkboxes click the Edit details button at the bottom of the page to make changes.

    Editing and enhancing data

    Clicking the [+] next to a section heading will expand to reveal all data fields for a particular section.

    Click open all to expand all sections and (8) close all to collapse

    To make changes on this page, first click the Edit details button at the bottom of the page to enter edit mode for fields.

    Once your are done making your changes, be sure to click the Save changes button at the bottom of the page.

    (9) Borrower and #10# Co-borrower details

    Use these sections to input the contact information the Borrower and Co-Borrower of the loan.

    (11) Mailing Details

    The mailing details section allows you to manage mailing fields for each contact.

    Language - Choose the primary language to communicate to this contact in either English or Spanish

    Letter Salutation - Is typically the first name of the Co-Borrower and, if there is one, the Co-Borrower with "and" in between

    Envelope Salutation - The full name of the borrower and Co-Borrower (example Bob and Jan McLean, or Anita Austin and John Johnson). This field is used in the mailing address for your marketing.

    Mailing Address - Address that you would like marketing communications to be delivered, this may be different from the property address.

    Address Verification - MACH3 is integrated with USPS for address verification against the postal database. Addresses will be verified against this database for accuracy. If a forwarding address is registered with the post office the mailing address will be amended and the original address will appear under previous address for reverting to the original if necessary. See address verification for more details.

    Previous Address - You can revert back to a previous address for mailing by selecting the desired entry from the dropdown list. To disable automatic verification the this contact in the future mark the checkbox next to "Please disable automatic verification"

    (12) Loan Details

    Loan details are imported with your loan reports. It is important that all fields are complete and accurate as this information is utilized for advanced segmentation criteria for on demand campaigns.

    (13) Source of Business

    This section is used to input how you acquired this Borrower. The information is then used to automatically generate business tracking and reporting.

    To add information to this section, select a Partner from the (14) drop-down menu or (15) add a new Partner

    (16) Linked Partners

    You can include a Realtor or builder to your marketing programs by utilizing the linked partner fields of MACH3.
