The first section of this page gives personal details used in the marketing communications to you database for both Automated programs and custom marketing campaigns

(1) Details Used In Your Communications

  • Company/Office Name: The legal name of your company
  • Address: Company/Office street address
  • City: Company/Office city
  • State/Zip: Company/Office State and Zip code

Other office contact information can be merged into you marketing materials and will also be used by TTP Enterprises to create your account details and manage communications to you:

 (2) Other Office Contact Information

  • Phone: Your phone number.
  • Toll-free: Your company toll-free number.
  • Fax: Your office facsimile number
  • Website: Company website URL (example- www.yourcompany.com)
  • Branch/Office ID code: Your office ID
  • Banker/Broker License #

 (3) Branch Manager Fields:

  • First / Last Name: Office manager first and last name.
  • Job Title: The official title of the Office Manager.
  • Email: Office manager email address.
  • Phone: Branch manager's phone number.
  • Birthday: Branch manager's birthday (e.g. month and year)

 (4) BRM/CRM Details

  • Preference: Select from the available options
  • Attention: Optional field for directing all replies to a particular individual or department. Leave the "Attention" field blank if you want each Loan Officer to receive the replies to their marketing communications.
  • Company/Office Name: The legal name of your company
  • Address: Company/Office street address
  • City: Company/Office city
  • State/Zip: Company/Office State and Zip code
  • Post Office: The post office location where you set up your BRM account
  • Permit Number: As provided by the post office where you set up your BRM account

 (5) Legal Disclosures

  • To submit your legal disclosure you must contact your marketing consultant at 888-887-7880.
  • State: Input disclosures, as required by state.
  • Lang: Allows you to include options for both English and Spanish text.

To Edit Basic Details

  • Click the (6) Edit details button found at the bottom of the page
  • Edit or add information in the text box adjacent to the field name
  • All fields outlined in 'RED' are mandatory fields and require a valid value.
  • Click the (7) Cancel button if you make a mistake or decide that you want to discard any changes you have made 'PRIOR' to clicking the Save changes button.
  • When you are done making changes ensure you click the (8) Save changes button.

Graphics

This area gives you availability to review and/or upload company logo artwork to be used in correspondence.

To review logo artwork at 'full size', click (9) view full size.

Upload New Logo

To replace a graphic file or to upload a new graphic, Click the (10) Browse button and find the graphic file to be used as a new or replacement logo artwork as shown below. Once selected click the (11) Submit button.

Note: Graphics will be reviewed by our creative department and may be adjusted to optimize them for print. In some cases new graphics may take up to 48 hours to be represented throughout the system.
