1. Login to MACH3
  2. Select the My Marketing tab
  3. Select Activities Library

Set up Campaign

Select (1) run campaign next to the activity you choose to use in your Activity Library.

You will be taken to the first page of the campaign wizard where you should choose the radio button labeled  (2) Standard campaign setup.

Fill in the text fields (3) Name, (4) Code, and (5) Description, to help identify and categorize your campaign.

Note: Providing a name is mandatory, a code and description will allow for ease in identification and tracking.

Mark the check box next to (6) immediately to send your Campaign right away or use the (7) calendar to choose a date in the future.

When completed, click (8) Select your target audience to continue.

Segmenting Your Database

You are presented with contacts in your database that have an email address and the segmentation criteria you can use to identify the target audience for your campaign.

Note: Having set the criteria, you can save this selection for easy re-use in the future. In fact you can build up a whole list of saved segmentation criteria - and even mark one set as your default. When you have finished selecting your sort criteria click the Go button to reveal the list of loans that match your selected criteria.

There are three things in particular that you can do from this page:

Select the (9) check box next to the database you wish to work with.

If you wish to work with a list of recipients from a previous campaign, select the (10) radio button next to "I want to use the recipient list from a previous campaign", and choose the respecting previous campaign from the (11) drop-down menu.

Should you choose to use an external file for a list of recipients, select the radio button next to "I want to use a file of special recipients for this campaign". Then click (12) Choose File, and navigate to the respective file.

Note: Please ensure that you are using one of the supported file types listed.

Once you have made your selection click (13) segment your database(or proof your campaign, or upload file - depending on which option you selected) to continue.

  3. You can click the (16) de-duplicate recipients button. This causes the system to identify those clients who might have more than one loan that meets your segmentation criteria. You can then inspect the results before clicking the use the de-duplicated list button. This takes you back to a revised list, which you can make a final review.

When you are satisfied with recipient list click (17) proof your campaign.

 

Summarizing, Proofing, and Checking-Out

The final step of the custom campaign wizard presents all the information about your email for your final review.

If you would like to change any of the selections that you have made in creating your activity, click (18) edit next to the corresponding section, which will bring you back to the appropriate step in the wizard to make your changes.

When you are satisfied with your selections mark the (19) checkbox next to "I have proofed my campaign and I confirm that all details are correct" and click the (20) Checkout Now button.

Note: You may also choose to click the (21) Cancel order buttons, if you wish to cancel the order entirely.
